Jarret Rice

Since 2006, Jarret has built a portfolio of MEP engineering projects ranging from large multi-story high-rise buildings to small historic space remodels. He has an extensive background in commercial office building, light industrial, retail / restaurants, higher education, student housing, hotels, multi-tenant mixed use buildings, and campus systems. Jarret is also a founding member of our minority partner, Integrated Building Design, which has been in business since 2011.

Jonathan Carithers

After working in the Semiconductor industry in Austin, he found his way Offshore. Since 2006, Jonathan has worked and lived all over the Gulf Coast, Asia, ME and Brazil designing and commissioning OEM equipment. Armed with a Technician Skillset and Computer Engineering background, he can break down and automate a large scope of Industrial and Commercial projects. A portfolio specializing in Winches, Cranes and Pumping scales comfortably into BACNet-enabled BAS Systems to provide a backbone for KIS’ Smart MEP services
